*Our platens are all electrically heated for better control over the molding process. Many other companies use steam or hot oil. Electrically heated platens provide better flexibility for various formulas and for consistent and even control of the molding process.
*All of our molding machines have T-Slots to physically mount your tool in our press; protecting your investment from continual abuse during the physical removal and insertion of the tool as is common practice in other molding shops. By mounting the tool, it also provides for consistent heating of the tool, allowing for more efficient production and maintains product integrity.
*All of our molding machines have individual hydraulic pumps. Many shops use a single central pumping system; however, if it breaks down then all molding presses are also down. Our system helps us keep our ON-Time Deliver at over 99%. Our system also gives us individual control of speed and pressure for optimum results.
