Bruckman Rubber Co. has developed the processes to manufacture inflatable seals, using gas assist technology. This allows for the molding of a continuous, seamless seal, without splicing. Anyone in the sealing industry realizes how important this can be. Our process allows for the use of many different air inlets that are molded directly into the seal.
The advantage of a continuous, seamless seal means no weak link, as with bonded spliced inflatables. We can use multiple elastomeric compounds, to match the resistance necessary in your application.
The air inlets can be of any ferris or non-ferris metallic compound. Our process allows for your design to be manufactured, not an over-the-shelf one size fits all seal.
