 New Okamoto EDM Sinker.

 Recently acquired by Bruckman Rubber Co. is an EDM Sinker.  It is an Okamoto Model OK 20-16.  With this added capacity, Bruckman Rubber Co. now has the ability to complete much larger projects for our customers.  This machine further allows us to maintain control over our manufacturing processes, and strive to ensure the highest quality standards for our customers while doing it all under one roof.

New Cryogenic Deflashing and De-Burring Capabilities

We recently added a new Shot Blast Cryogenic Deflashing machine to our operations. For many years we have had cryogenic deflashing, but this new state of the art piece of equipment will enable us to more efficiently deflash small and complex parts.

This machine uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the excess flash on the part. The parts then tumble as a high speed wheel throws tiny plastic beads at the part to remove unwanted material. The computerized technology on this equipment provides precise control and repeatability.

Going Green

BRC has been going green long before the term became popular. We have had waste reduction programs in place for decades. Now we have taken another leap beyond our competition. We have been working closely with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality and Keep Nebraska Beautiful to keep scrap tires and rubber related materials out of our landfill.

We have been working with other companies to find solutions to our environmental challenges. We have developed several products such as our Weedseal® product line that utilize materials that would have otherwise been buried in the ground for future generations to deal with.

We are proud of our innovative employees and their efforts to leave our children with a better planet.

International Relations

It is true that this global economy presents some new and difficult challenges, but it is here to stay. At BRC we feel that these economic ties that now bond us all together may give us the best opportunities for a peaceful world. We have traveled to many countries and have had guest here from Japan, Germany, India, Mexico, Brazil, China, Egypt and Iraq. We have enjoyed the opportunity to make friends around the globe. You will notice that part of this website is equipped with translated pages for the convenience of our international friends.

We were recently invited to Parker Hannifin headquarters to receive the Outstanding Quality Performance Award. We have been a supplier to Parker for many years and we have always valued their professional approach to business.

On-Time Delivery

Keeping with our long standing tradition of over 99% On-Time-Right-The-First-Time delivery, Bruckman Rubber Co. finished 2008 with 99.4% performance mark. We managed this thru record sales. Our factory operates 24 hours per day to help assure On-Time Delivery.

Our employees understand that our customers make their paychecks possible. They take great pride in going the extra mile and our customers show their appreciation by rewarding us with new business and telling others about our performance.

Recent Quality Audit

In January we had our recertification audit conducted by AQA international.  We are now are certified to ISO 9001:2008.  A copy of the certificate is available in our downloads link.
