New Cryogenic Deflashing and De-burring Capabilities

We have just added two more Shot Blast Cryogenic Deflashing machines to our production operatons.  With this addition, we now have three Shot Blash Cryogenic Deflashing and De-Burring machines and one Cryogenic Tumbler.  We now offer Custom Cryogenic Deflashing and De-burring Services.  Call or email us today for details.

We now offer the 8" Waterman's Surge Valve Style Replacement

Our replacement valves are slightly larger, the rubber is softer and the lip is thicker to provide greater sealing, increased longevity.  This adds up to less leakage, less downtime and greater savings.  We also offer the Controller Style Gasket and the O-Ring seals for 8" pipe. 

HAAS TL1

Our recent addition of a HAAS TL1 lathe has expanded our tool shop capabilities.  With its manual / CNC quick code modes, set up times are reduced creating lower front end costs.  Low quantity production is now affordable with reduced lead times. 

International Relations

It is true that this global economy presents some new and difficult challenges, but it is here to stay.
